Description
Amoxycillin 500 mg Capsules contain Amoxycillin Trihydrate IP equivalent to Amoxycillin 500 mg, a penicillin-class antibiotic used to treat a variety of susceptible bacterial infections.
Amoxycillin works by interfering with bacterial cell-wall formation, thereby helping stop the growth and spread of susceptible bacteria. It may be prescribed for infections of the respiratory tract, ear, nose and throat, urinary tract, skin and other bacterial infections, as determined by a healthcare professional.

Common side effects
Amoxycillin 500 mg Capsules are generally well tolerated when used as prescribed. Possible side effects may include:
